Qualifications

• High School diploma/equivalent required.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing residential services per ISP.
• Ensure client, guardian, regulator, funder satisfaction.
• Supervise staff (scheduling, timekeeping, reviews, retention).
• Maintain records, monthly reports, plans, logs, budgets.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend medical appointments when necessary.
• Support client independence and community integration.
• Train team on plans and policies; communicate updates.
• Support budgets and home financial planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
