Job summary

Emmaus in St. Charles, MO seeks an Associate Client Services Manager to deliver high-quality support to clients and staff.

The ACSM may assist the Client Services Manager in supervising up to 20 staff and supporting 12 clients in 2-3 homes, helping with staffing, scheduling, guardian relationships, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience providing direct care and coordinating services preferred.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Microsoft Office 365 and electronic record keeping systems experience required.
• Valid and current driver’s license required.
• Reliable vehicle for transporting clients and tasks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing residential services per ISP and related plans.
• Ensure client, guardian, regulatory agency, funders, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Supervise staff as directed by the CSM, including scheduling, timekeeping, and performance reviews.
• Assist with developing and maintaining records, monthly reports, plans, logs, and budgets.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Attend clients' medical, dental, vision, and other appointments when necessary.
• Verify prescribed treatment plans and orders are executed.
• Support client independence, health, and community integration through education and activities.
• Ensure the team is trained on all client plans.
• Communicate updates on company and client matters regularly.
• Support CSM in creating and adhering to client and home budgets.
• Work in ratios when needed.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Use conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to address issues and improve processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
