Qualifications

• Experience managing work orders or maintenance tracking systems preferred.
• Certification in carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, or related trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing facilities team; mentor and support technicians.
• Plan and assign work tickets by priority and skill set; monitor workflow.
• Manage on-call/after-hour needs and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain a hands-on role for at least 50% of the time with field work.
• Oversee projects including HVAC, electrical, remodeling and repairs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness; document progress and communicate progress.
