Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking Client Service Representatives for seasonal, remote opportunities in the United States. Training begins in December with the assignment running through May or June 2027.

positions pay $20–$24 per hour, with hours 9 AM–6 PM and a first shift. Education requirement is an Associate degree. Responsibilities include handling client communications, document creation, and data entry, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create financial documents and run approval processes using Adobe software.
• Verify forms for accuracy and enter data into a tracking database.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creation of financial documents and approval process using Adobe suite of software products
• Checkthe accuracy of forms and entering data into a tracking database.
• Must be capable of learning new software applications with relative ease
• Must have Client service experience. Candidate will communicate directly with clients as well as internal departments
• Must be comfortable working within a team while owning their own work
• Must maintain a high level of productivity, quality, and customer-service standards while adhering to strict deadlines
• Candidate must utilize great time management skills to handle extremely high seasonal volumes
• Must be flexible for additional hours during high volume periods
• Experience working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment preferred

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
