Jackson Hewitt - ACC is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for clients visiting our offices, delivering exceptional service and essential support. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with prospects while distributing marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
