Job summary

Jackson Hewitt ACC is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for clients visiting our offices, ensuring exceptional service. You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and help distribute marketing materials.

This role offers flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options, opportunities for advancement, training and development, and benefits such as discounts and Earned Wage Access.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
