Job Description
As an Associate Client Manager, you will be part of a team of industry insights experts dedicated to delighting clients by supporting informed business decisions through analysis and insights on industries, markets, and consumers using NIQ data and tools, adhering to NIQ standards. You will be responsible for executing the Service Model effectively and guiding junior team members.

Responsibilities:

  1. Master the use of NIQ tools and metrics to solve clients' business questions.
  2. Collaborate with CS Consultants to enhance customer experience.
  3. Respond independently to client questions during briefing sessions and develop analytical outlines leveraging multiple NIQ solutions.
  4. Simplify and visualize data, translating numbers into compelling stories with actionable insights.
  5. Prepare and present insights/recommendations using SCQA and AP frameworks at an advanced level.
  6. Drive customer satisfaction through relevant and impactful analyses.
  7. Identify revenue opportunities independently and partner with Account Development to convert leads.
  8. Execute based on the service model and proactively address roadblocks.
  9. Guide and coach junior team members.
  10. Lead initiatives within the business unit and ensure KPI targets are met.
  11. Lead Thought Leadership Projects.
  12. Ensure comprehensive client briefings, asking probing questions to understand real issues, and support juniors in doing the same.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-3 years of industry experience in CPG, sales, category management, or market research.
  2. Experience with NIQ or similar analytics solutions, including POS/Panel Data, preferred.
  3. Proficiency in analyzing NIQ data sources relevant to clients (e.g., RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra).
  4. Ability to facilitate client adoption of NIQ tools and diminish concerns.
  5. Coaching skills in data analysis and tool usage.
  6. Curiosity and storytelling skills based on data analysis.
  7. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Slides.
  9. Excellent English communication skills.
  10. Digital savvy and quick learner.
  11. Master’s degree is a plus.

Additional Information:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $73,500 - $75,000, with potential bonuses. Benefits include flexible work environment, health insurance, parental leave, life insurance, education support, and more.
