Kids Country is seeking an Associate Center Director in Cincinnati, OH to partner with the Center Director, teachers, and families to provide a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

Qualifications

• Leadership qualities demonstrated
• 2+ years of childcare or teaching experience
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years
• Ensure that staff understand objectives and expectations in each classroom
• Assist Center Director with licensing requirements and internal policies
• Understand, manage, and track expenses, revenue, and budgeting goals
• Substituting as Center Director in the event of their absence
• Serve as a resource and leader to all personnel, maintaining a professional environment
• Review staffing needs, scheduling, and classroom assignments
• Establish and maintain effective communication with children, parents and staff
