Job summary

Kids Country, a part of BrightPath Kids Inc, is seeking an Associate Center Director in the Cincinnati area. You will work with the Center Director, teachers, and families to provide a home away from home for children from 6 weeks to 12 years.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, ensuring licensing compliance, substituting as Center Director when needed, and maintaining open communication with parents and team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• 2+ years of childcare or teaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Must be able to function independently within Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
• Ensure staff understand objectives and expectations in each classroom.
• Assist Center Director with licensing requirements and internal policies.
• Understand, manage, and track expenses, revenue, and budgeting goals.
• Substitute as Center Director in their absence.
• Lead and motivate staff to create a professional environment.
• Review staffing needs, scheduling, and classroom assignments.
• Maintain effective communication with children, parents and staff.
