Qualifications

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Active, current MD license for the state of employment.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar field is preferred; board eligibility is required.

Responsabilités

• Independently supervise and train PCPs to optimize clinical quality and outcomes.
• Lead the care team and mentor PCPs to improve patient satisfaction and performance.
• Engage hospitalists and coordinate with care managers for complex cases.
• Participate in leadership rounds and center accountability for results.
• Recruit providers for the organization and support PCP professional growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
