Senior Operations Leader @ Hydrogen Group

Denver, CO | Hybrid (3–4 days onsite)

As a global specialist recruitment business, we connect exceptional people with organizations making an impact. Right now, our top-performing global team is expanding, and we're looking for a driven professional to join our Utilities and Technology sector practice.

Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively engage in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research and identify target prospects, industries, and decision-makers to build a qualified lead pipeline.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages tailored to the prospect’s needs and industry.
  • Build and grow client relationships within the Utilities sector, identifying talent needs and consulting on strategic hiring plans.
  • Engage with senior-level decision-makers, providing valuable market insights and shaping conversations around the future of workforce solutions.
  • Position Hydrogen's value-added services—including talent insights, market mapping, and strategic hiring programs—to support client success.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with our high-performing delivery teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Use data and insights to drive outreach and maintain a world-class CRM and candidate/client database.
