Job summary

Qualifications

• Broker experience with ability to supervise a portion of a Broker's book of business, including renewals.
• Submit market submissions and secure quotes for clients.
• Maintain strong client and agent relationships to drive retention.

Responsibilities

• Assist Brokers to develop and execute marketing plans to drive new and renewal business, including in-person agency visits, telemarketing and distributing marketing materials.
• Supervise execution of underwriting guidelines, corporate policy, and contract compliance.
• Mentor and train Assistant Brokers as needed.
