Job summary

Burns & Wilcox, a leading wholesale insurance broker, seeks an experienced broker in Phoenix to build and grow a diverse book of business. You will manage agency relationships and serve as the lead client contact, while developing and executing marketing plans to drive new and renewal business.

The role requires rating and quoting risks for large or complex renewals and new business, plus developing referrals to company facilities. Hybrid/remote options and strong career growth are available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Casualty brokerage experience required, excess & surplus experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing.
  • Proven organization skills and ability with a strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in continued education and professional development.
  • Insurance license, CIC or comparable designations preferred.
