Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Associate Brand Manager for Premium Fashion Concierge (PFC) in New York. You will onboard and manage top selling partners, drive growth, and shape experiences for premium customers with brand storytelling and onsite innovations.

You will own strategic partnerships, build annual Joint Business Plans, and influence cross-functional teams to scale programs. Strong ownership and analytical thinking are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Experience in online retail.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools.
• Experience with software and editing tools including HTML, Excel and SQL.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML.
• Experience with generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and effective prompting.
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build strong and sustainable relationships with key brand and internal partner team contacts (8 Priority Premium Brands).
• Act as business owner for products and vendors, understanding internal/external variables impacting the business.
• Grow the brands’ catalog full product selection and availability on Amazon for ideal customer experience.
• Create playbook processes to define, simplify and scale growth for all Premium Brands.
• Create Joint Business Plans with Premium vendors annually and conduct business reviews with senior management.
• Continuously seek information to improve customer experience and make recommendations to the business.
• Serve as the voice of Premium Brands, influencing partner teams to enhance tools and systems.
