Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior BDMs to support territory growth.
• Identify new retailer, community, builder, and referral opportunities.
• Support onboarding for new business partners and conduct follow-ups.
• Participate in retailer visits and relationship-building activities.
• Develop territory plans and assist in lead generation.
