The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in complex restructuring matters, including Chapter 11 proceedings, distressed transactions, and bankruptcy litigation. Our team handles a diverse range of high‑stakes disputes and corporate restructuring matters. Work includes Chapter 11 reorganizations, out‑of‑court workouts, corporate insolvencies, liquidations, secured and unsecured creditor matters, financial restructuring, and complex litigation arising from distressed situations. You will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and work closely with senior attorneys, allowing for accelerated professional growth and exposure to sophisticated, high‑impact matters.
