About the Role

This role provides the opportunity to advise debtors, creditors, lenders, investors and other stakeholders on a broad spectrum of restructuring and special situations matters involving complex financial challenges.

Responsibilities

• Advise debtors, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in sophisticated bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, and special situations matters.
• Support clients through Chapter 11 proceedings, out‑of‑court restructurings, workouts, and other financially distressed transactions.
• Participate in creditor negotiations, restructuring initiatives, and capital solutions transactions across a broad range of industries.
• Work closely with attorneys across multiple practice areas to develop practical, business‑focused solutions for clients facing financial and operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience handling bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, and/or special situations matters at a law firm or comparable legal environment.
• Demonstrated experience advising debtors, creditors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring and distressed transactions.
• Active bar admission in New York.
