Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in New York to deliver hospitality-driven service and help clients achieve their financial goals. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, and guide them through account openings and everyday banking tasks using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will build trusted relationships through attentive listening, empathy, and product knowledge, partnering with branch colleagues to provide seamless service and personalized financial solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations, delivering attentive and friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
