Job summary

SC&H is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to engage with customers, translate business needs into technical requirements, and help design effective solutions. The role supports project status updates and aligns with a two-year path to Staff and five years to Senior Analyst within the firm.

Ideal candidates live near Philadelphia, PA or Columbia, MD, or are willing to relocate; some remote work is possible with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to gather and document business requirements and ensure quality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Office 365, SharePoint, and Google Drive.
• Ability to work independently or with others with a customer focus.
• Fast learner with motivation to learn product and partner tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements sessions with Business and Technology Partners.
• Create Business Process Maps to document current and future state processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with Business Partners and project team members.
• Manage changes in project scope with the Manager.
• Communicate requirements effectively with the Technology team.
• Provide periodic updates to executives on project status.
• Learn and understand Oracle Cloud Solutions and Technologies.
