SC&H Group is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to engage with clients, translate business needs into requirements, and support delivery of technology solutions. You will document processes, collaborate with partners, and help prepare status updates for executives.

The role offers growth into Staff and Senior Business Analyst levels and requires a four-year degree in related fields and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to gather and document business requirements and ensure delivered systems meet customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Office 365, SharePoint, and Google Drive.
• Able to work independently or in teams with a customer-service focus.
• Fast learner with motivation to learn product and resort sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements sessions with Business and Technology Partners.
• Create Business Process Maps documenting current and future state processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with Business Partners and project team members.
• Collaborate with Manager to manage changes in project scope.
• Communicate requirements clearly with Technology teams.
• Provide periodic updates to executives on project status.
• Learn Oracle Cloud Solutions and Technologies
