Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging in all phases of civil litigation, from case inception to trial, with direct client contact.

Qualifications

• 2‑5 years of practice experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• Willingness to learn and work autonomously and within a team structure.

Responsibilities

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial as necessary.
