Junior Associate for Boutique Disability Law Firm

Job Responsibilities:

Expected tasks include handling new client meetings, analyzing cases for strengths and weaknesses, drafting briefs on behalf of clients for the Social Security Administration, representing clients by appearing in 10-20 hearings per month before the Social Security Administration, drafting Appeals Council Briefs, collaborating with legal secretaries, case managers and other staff to gain a full appreciation of the client’s case, participating in discussions and mock oral arguments to prepare for court.
