Circle Surrogacy, part of the NorthStar Fertility family, is a global leader in family-building services with 25+ years of experience. We seek an Associate Attorney to support our legal team for intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors.

You will draft contracts, review insurance policies, and help establish legal parentage rights in a niche field of assisted reproductive technology. You will work with clients, IVF clinics, and Circle’s social workers and coordinators, balancing a high-volume

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• Clear communicator who builds trusting relationships.
• Experience working with clients in high-stress situations.
• Strong time management and deadline-driven work style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on assisted reproductive technology topics.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including gestational surrogacy or egg donation contracts when relevant.
• Manage a caseload from initial client sign-on through delivery and post-care.
• Collaborate with clients, IVF clinics, outside attorneys, social workers, program coordinators, and accountants.
• Prioritize communications and respond within 48 business hours.
• Assist other teams with projects, trainings, and insurance reviews/appeals.
