Job summary

Family Inceptions International, LLC seeks a Licensed Social Worker to serve as a Surrogacy Journey Manager. You’ll guide families and surrogates through the surrogacy journey with non-clinical emotional support, education, and coordination.

This role emphasizes communication, case management, and compliance across medical, legal, and financial steps. Hybrid in-office and remote work available, with occasional after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Active LMSW or LCSW license in the U.S.
• 3–5 years of post-graduate social work experience in women’s health, fertility, adoption, or family services
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence; ability to support families in sensitive situations

Responsibilities

• Manage surrogacy journeys from match to postpartum as primary contact
• Coordinate communication among intended parents, surrogates, clinics, attorneys, and providers
• Guide match process and set expectations for all parties
• Monitor medical milestones and contract/legal/medical deadlines
• Identify risks and escalate issues before they impact the journey
• Coordinate travel logistics for clinic appointments or deliveries
