Job summary

Family Inceptions, LLC is seeking a Surrogacy Case Manager to guide surrogates and intended parents through the journey. You will interview participants, manage cases, and coordinate with fertility clinics, attorneys, and mental health professionals.

The role requires organizing multiple cases, meeting deadlines, and maintaining professional boundaries. Remote work is possible for qualified candidates across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed from an accredited college or university.
• Experience managing clients, cases, or projects requiring organization and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with prospective surrogates and intended parents.
• Manage surrogacy cases and serve as the primary contact for both parties.
• Coordinate with fertility clinics, attorneys, mental health professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain complete case notes and documentation in company systems.
• Provide support during difficult situations and ensure confidentiality.
