Responsibilities

• Handle real estate litigation including HOA disputes and foreclosure-related issues.
• Manage business litigation such as partnership and fiduciary matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys for strategy and courtroom advocacy.
• Contribute to client development and matter management.

• Litigation-first boutique handling real estate, construction, and business disputes


• Real estate litigation strength: HOA disputes, deed restrictions/land-use issues, boundary/foreclosure-related disputes, and broader property-owner conflicts.


• Elite mentorship: you’ll work directly with a double Board Certified real estate specialist (Texas Board of Legal Specialization) and seasoned trial lawyer.
