Qualifications

• Texas-barred attorney eligible to practice in Texas.
• 3–5+ years of real estate, construction, or business litigation experience.
• Interest in business development and client service.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
• No PI or insurance-defense background.

Responsabilités

• Handle real estate litigation including HOA disputes and foreclosure-related issues.
• Manage business litigation such as partnership and fiduciary matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys for strategy and courtroom advocacy.
