Houston Litigation Associate (Real Estate + Construction + Business) | Low Billables (1,440) | Up to $200k | Comprehensive Benefits

• Litigation-first boutique handling real estate, construction, and business disputes
• Real estate litigation strength: HOA disputes, deed restrictions/land-use issues, boundary/foreclosure-related disputes, and broader property-owner conflicts.
• Elite mentorship: you’ll work directly with a double Board Certified real estate specialist (Texas Board of Legal Specialization) and seasoned trial lawyer.
• Recognized platform: leadership has been consistently recognized by Super Lawyers and holds an AV Preeminent rating (peer-reviewed).
• Genuinely strong work-life balance: ~6 hours/day expectation and ~1,440 billables/year.
• You’ll handle (depending on your strengths):
• Real estate litigation: HOA / homeowner disputes, deed restrictions, land use/zoning-type issues, foreclosure-related disputes, boundary/property conflicts.
• Business litigation: partnership/shareholder disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty-type matters.
