Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to municipalities, school districts, and other public entities on a variety of matters including land use, zoning, code enforcement, and policy development.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials related to municipal and public entity law.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues related to municipal and public entity law.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential liabilities.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on legal matters related to municipal and public entity law.
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting municipal and public entity law.

Qualifications
