Qualifications

  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional judgment, organization, and a commitment to providing quality legal representation.

Compensation

1–2 years of experience: Starting annual base salary range of $85,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and the potential for additional compensation through incentive/bonus structures and discretionary bonuses.

Position Responsibilities

The Litigation Associate Attorney will be involved in the full life cycle of assigned cases, including:

Billable Hour Expectation

This is a full-time attorney position with a monthly billable-hour requirement of 150 hours.

The Associate Attorney will be expected to effectively manage assigned matters, maintain accurate and timely timekeeping, and meet the firm's monthly billable-hour expectations while maintaining high‑quality legal work and client service.

Compensation & Benefits

For attorneys with 1–3 years of experience, the starting annual base salary range is $85,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience.

In addition to base salary, the position includes benefits and the potential for additional compensation through incentive/bonus structures and discretionary bonuses.

The final compensation offered will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
