Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in good standing.
• Willing to become licensed in Vermont and Maine.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery in active litigation files.
• Review litigation case files to determine appropriate action.
• Advocate for clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
• Prepare for and represent clients at hearings and trials, including strategy development.
