Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and willing to become licensed in Vermont and Maine.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery in active litigation.
• Review litigation files to determine appropriate action and strategy.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Travel to various courtrooms as required and coordinate with the team.
