We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our Sacramento office, available to start immediately. This position focuses on our Labor & Employment practice.

As part of our commitment to workplace democracy, our associate attorneys have recently organized and are currently bargaining for their first collective bargaining agreement, which is expected to include across‑the‑board wage increases. This process reflects our values and our long‑standing support for worker empowerment.

Ideal candidates will have 2-10 years of experience and must be admitted to the California Bar. In addition to strong academic credentials, excellent writing, and effective oral advocacy skills, candidates must share our commitment to the labor movement and workers’ rights. While union‑side experience is a plus, we also welcome applicants with backgrounds in plaintiffs’ employment law or public interest work. Completion of labor and employment law coursework is expected.

We are looking for a motivated self‑starter with excellent judgment,strong communicationskills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and be active, in good standing, with the California Bar.
