This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with approximately 1-3 years of litigation experience who is looking to develop a sophisticated employment law practice while working alongside experienced attorneys.
The successful candidate will assist with all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to written discovery, conducting legal research, preparing motions, and supporting matters before administrative agencies.
