Immigify seeks an Immigration Attorney to join our growing legal team in Omaha, Nebraska. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for a newly licensed attorney or an early-career lawyer with 1–3 years of U.S.

immigration experience who is passionate about practical guidance and outstanding client service. You will manage a diverse portfolio of immigration matters, prepare filings, conduct legal research, advise clients on options and strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

  • JD from a reputable law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 1–3 years of experience practicing immigration law.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards, sound professional judgment, and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage U.S. immigration matters from intake through filing and case completion.
  • Develop effective legal strategies tailored to each client's immigration objectives.
  • Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, responses, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant case files.
  • Provide clear, practical legal guidance to individuals and businesses on immigration processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and options.
  • Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive support.
  • Conduct legal research on U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and policy updates.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise internal teams on their impact.
  • Ensure all work complies with laws, ethical standards, and firm policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations and technology teams to streamline case preparation and administrative processes.
  • Contribute ideas that enhance the overall client experience.
  • Work closely with attorneys, case managers, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across the legal team.
