Job summary

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Colorado State Bar.
Experience in corporate, real estate, HOA/community association or related practice preferred.
Strong writing, analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple matters.
Willingness to be mentored and work in a collaborative environment.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Provide collection, covenant enforcement and related representations to community associations.
Advise associations, managers, and business clients on legal matters.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence.
Assist with covenant enforcement, collections, governance and compliance matters.
Manage client relationships and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
