A respected Utah law practice is seeking an attorney to advise homeowner associations and property managers on governance and compliance. This full-time position requires an active Utah Bar license and at least 2 years of experience in HOA or real estate law. The successful candidate will handle disputes, draft agreements, and manage litigation tasks. Qualifications

• Must be actively licensed and in good standing with the Utah State Bar.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in community association (HOA) law or real estate law.
• Litigation experience is a plus (if HOA/real estate background is strong).

Responsibilities

• Advise HOA and condominium association boards and property managers.
• Handle covenant enforcement matters and homeowner disputes.
• Draft and negotiate real estate-related agreements.
• Manage litigation tasks including pleadings and court appearances.
• Perform legal research and write clear guidance.
• Communicate confidently with clients and other stakeholders.
