Job summary

WLPP Law in Golden, CO seeks an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in corporate and/or real estate law, HOA/community association law, metropolitan district law, or a closely related practice area to join our established and growing firm.

Responsibilities include counseling community associations, drafting and negotiating contracts, advising clients, performing legal research, and representing clients in meetings and court proceedings.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado State Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in corporate/real estate or HOA/community association law.

Firm Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in corporate and/or real estate law, HOA/community association law, metropolitan district law, or a related practice area to join our established and growing law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to expand their practice, work directly with clients, and play a meaningful role in a collaborative and collegial team environment.

• Understanding of and adherence to highest legal ethical standards.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
