Qualifications

• Active California Bar member; employment law background preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy at trial and appellate levels.
• Ability to own a caseload and manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership from filing to verdict.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial briefs.
• Take and defend depositions and appear in court for hearings.
• Communicate directly with clients and contribute to case strategy.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
