Confidential Employer in Los Angeles seeks an attorney with at least 1 year of litigation experience to join a fast-growing plaintiff-side firm known for trial work and aggressive advocacy. You will draft pleadings, motions, discovery and demand letters, conduct legal research, and represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

For senior associates, mentoring juniors and leading case teams are expected over time.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active and in-good-standing California Bar license.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Confident verbal communication and client-facing ability.
• Lemon law or personal injury exposure is a plus.
• Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters.
• Conduct legal research and case strategy development.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams.
• Manage an active caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• For senior associates, mentor junior attorneys and gradually lead case teams.
