We're seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join our team, someone ready to own a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and help shape the next generation of litigators at the firm. You will manage your own docket from intake through trial, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and regularly appear in court, mediations, and

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
• Deposition experience required; trial experience strongly preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own docket from intake through trial with full ownership of your cases.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions (required).
• Appear regularly in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Lead case strategy and mentor junior attorneys, passing on what it takes to win.
