Ohio Bar is required; Kentucky/Indiana licensure preferred. Local Fort Mitchell, KY commuting or remote Cleveland area options available.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Bar membership in Ohio is required.
• Licensed in Kentucky and/or Indiana preferred.
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control principles preferred.
• PTO and Paid Holidays are offered.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive review of conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Maintain updated internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Exercise confidentiality and professionalism; comply with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections rules.
