Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and Minnesota Bar membership.

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in writing.
• Experience reviewing loan documents, pleadings or court filings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive review of conditions precedent to filing actions, including loan documents and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Safeguard confidentiality and ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
