Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive review of conditions precedent to filing.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Ensure internal systems capture findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable.
