The PA Associate Attorney position allows remote or on-site work and requires PA Bar admission and a Juris Doctor.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and PA Bar admission are required.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Quality Assurance knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents, financials and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all actions.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy and collections requirements.
