Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Finance, Banking, or Structured Finance practice.
• Solid knowledge of LSTA and/or LMA syndicated loan documentation.
• Active member in good standing of NY State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate finance documents including credit agreements.
• Assist in the execution of structured finance transactions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel during closings.
