Qualifications

2+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in civil and/or commercial litigation.
Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on issues related to ongoing cases.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions and briefs.
Assist in case preparation: gather evidence, interview clients/witnesses, take depositions, attend court proceedings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
