Job summary

Orionplacement in Troy, Michigan, is seeking a civil litigation attorney to manage a litigation-driven caseload from inception through resolution, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda, and appear in court with increasing responsibility.

You will work closely with partners, associates, paralegals, and staff, leveraging strong writing, research, and advocacy skills; active Michigan Bar admission (or eligibility) and 2+ years' civil litigation experience are preferred; hybrid

• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, paralegals, and legal staff on case strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
