You will conduct depositions, draft pleadings and discovery, and advise clients while collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys. A Michigan Bar admission and 2–3+ years of litigation experience are required, with a focus on strong writing and client service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Independently handle assigned cases and develop case strategy.
• Conduct depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Manage deadlines, case files, and litigation strategy.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
