• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to business clients.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents
• Handle replevin and impound recovery matters
• Provide clear legal analysis and advise lender clients
• Conduct legal research, prepare case strategies
• Represent clients in court and communications with borrowers
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and staff to improve workflows
• Support portfolio performance
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain consistent documentation, accurate reporting, and strong communication with clients regarding case status and outcomes
• Other duties as assigned
